"Under the the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 24) NEPC is required to report on the overall assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs in all jurisdictions. Summary reports on the implementation and effectiveness of each NEPM are also contained in the NEPC Annual Report."
